Asheville Reiki Conncection Volunteers provide Reiki for patients, care-givers, visitors and staff at the Solace Center. It is a beautiful and rewarding experience. Reiki offers deep relaxation, aid in pain management, decrease in anxiety, ease of nausea, and provides an overall sense of peace and well- being. ARC is is part of the Integrative Health Team of volunteers called HeartSong.

An organization dedicated to caring for, sheltering and protecting homeless and abused animals. Asheville Reiki Connection volunteers help these animals gain the trust of humans again through the subtle but powerful energy of Reiki. The animals gain a sense of peace and security through Reiki.

Asheville Reiki Center has been teaching an evening recreational evening course to the students of UNC-A for five semesters. A group of students were formed called "Reiki to the Rescue". These students serve as Reiki practitioners providing Reiki for others students as a healthy choice for stress reduction.
